About me

Portrait of Antoine, eyes closed

From physiotherapist to yoga teacher

Before yoga, there were ten years of physiotherapy in Mérignac. I learned to observe a body, to respect its limits, and how much breathing changes the way we live with pain.

I trained in hatha, then vinyasa, and started teaching in 2016, first in the evenings at a small association in Les Chartrons. Today, yoga is my full-time job.

Training

Hatha yoga teacher training, 500 hours.

Vinyasa training, 200 hours.

Yoga adapted for seniors and people with reduced mobility.

Breathing and stress management at work.

State diploma in physiotherapy.

What guides me

Accessible yoga that requires neither flexibility nor special clothing. Attention to each person, even in a large group. And the simple pleasure of practising outside whenever the weather allows.

I also share tips and short sessions on social media: you'll find the links at the bottom of every page.

In practice
